Shipping
Domestic
Prints will be shipped rolled carefully in a sturdy cardboard tube when sent domestically. A day or two under some heavy books and they'll be nice and flat. However, keep in mind that because of the nature of cotton paper, it will respond to differing levels of humidity in the air.
We use UPS which typically takes 2-3 days. You will be advised when your print has shipped and provided with a tracking number for keeping an eye on its travel progress.
Please note that if you have purchased a framed print, you will received two updates; one when the unframed print has shipped from our studio to the framers and a second once the framed print is on its way to you.
International
We are happy to ship prints internationally and make every effort to accurately document the contents and value, however we don't assume responsibility for unforeseen customs charges when it arrives abroad. Because of shipping costs, prints posted internationally will also arrive carefully packaged in sturdy tubes.
We use USPS First Class International. Depending on the country, we often can't share tracking information on these shipments. If you have a specific carrier request let us know and we can look into making different arrangements.
For those requiring international shipping, email us listing the items you wish to purchase so we can create a custom estimate that will be shared for approval.
